Ensure the smooth running of the entire employee lifecycle and compliance with legal and company requirements
Visa and Work Permits: Administer and process employee visas, work permits, and residency documentation in full compliance with UAE laws.
Government Liaison: Act as the primary contact with MOHRE, Immigration, and Labour departments to secure timely approvals and maintain compliance.
Compliance Oversight: Manage renewals, cancellations, and updates to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records aligned with UAE labour law standards.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate documentation and formalities for new joiners and departing employees.
Employee Support: Guide employees through required processes and assist with documentation completion.
Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance to the team, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
