If necessary, for example in countries with a comparably lower ticket volume, we cover demands with our Hemmersbach Authorized Partners (HAP) network. All HAPs are integrated in our centralized Hemmersbach Process Management System and are legally connected.
They are trained and onboarded by a special train‐the-trainer concept in the same way as permanent Hemmersbach colleagues to ensure one first-class global service standard.
