Your skills

  • 2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting VIP users
  • Good understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM and other workplace applications and tools
  • Knowledge of HAM processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities
  • LAN/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals knowledge
  • This role will be employed via an Employer of Record (EOR). The company supports recruitment activities only; all employment, payroll, and compliance responsibilities will be managed by the EOR.

Your tasks

The Onsite Technician is a responsible role based on extensive expert knowledge and experience in

direct customer service which is the core of our business. They carry out work for various customers

by directly visiting their sites or being permanently assigned to a specific customer at their site and

providing relevant technical assistance. They ensure that the delivery of services is in accordance with SLAs and project requirements, that no over-delivery is done and work is logged in appropriate

systems. Main responsibilities:

Device management:
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
· Replace faulty devices with spare stock
· Coordinate warranty repairs with OEMs
· Perform device imaging and deployment
· Maintain local spare inventory
Asset Management:
· Update asset records in CMDB
· Track device assignments and movements
· Conduct periodic asset audits
· Manage device lifecycle (deployment to disposal)
Infrastructure Support:
· Provide hands-and-feet for Data Centre tasks
