Support coverage of and consult throughout the entire employee lifecycle including in compliance with all legal requirements and internal quality standards applicable in the country of responsibility.

Your skills
- C1 level of English proficiency
- MS Office proficiency
- IT affinity
- Proven track record in full scope of HR activities within a fast-paced working environment
- B2 level of Spanish proficiency
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Your tasks
- Be the single point of contact for all HR topics coming from employees, management and external partners
- Drive the alignment of HR agenda with business needs and strategy
- Support management on all aspects of people management
- Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies
- Monitor KPIs and build reports and presentations to suggest optimizations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes
