Local HR Business Manager

Support coverage of and consult throughout the entire employee lifecycle including in compliance with all legal requirements and internal quality standards applicable in the country of responsibility.

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labour Law, or related field
  • Strong experience in operational HR, ideally supporting USA and LATAM markets
  • Good knowledge of labour law and compliance requirements
  • Experience handling employee relations cases independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort with HR systems/tools
  • Fluent English (C1 required); Spanish (B2 preferred)

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil). You will act as a trusted advisor on people topics and drive business success through strong HR partnership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main HR partner for leaders across the AMS region

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to support people topics

  • Manage employee relations cases (performance, disciplinary, complaints, terminations) in line with labour laws

  • Coach leaders on performance, development, and feedback

  • Support retention, engagement, and career development

  • Align HR strategy with local country requirements

  • Partner with HR Ops, TA, and L&D to ensure smooth processes

  • Drive KPIs through effective people solutions

  • Use root cause analysis to improve processes

  • Facilitate trainings when needed

  • Take ownership of HR topics end-to-end
