Support coverage of and consult throughout the entire employee lifecycle including in compliance with all legal requirements and internal quality standards applicable in the country of responsibility.
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil). You will act as a trusted advisor on people topics and drive business success through strong HR partnership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main HR partner for leaders across the AMS region
Build strong, trust-based relationships to support people topics
Manage employee relations cases (performance, disciplinary, complaints, terminations) in line with labour laws
Coach leaders on performance, development, and feedback
Support retention, engagement, and career development
Align HR strategy with local country requirements
Partner with HR Ops, TA, and L&D to ensure smooth processes
Drive KPIs through effective people solutions
Use root cause analysis to improve processes
Facilitate trainings when needed
Take ownership of HR topics end-to-end
