To provide administrative support to the partner management team

Your skills
- fluent english
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Zoho (or similar tools) is an advantage
- Experience in procurement, vendor, or partner management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, especially in pricing and contract documentation
Your tasks
Manage RFQ events, including pricing negotiation, consolidation, analysis, and communication
Handle Partner Management (PM) tickets and ensure resolution within SLA
Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for internal review and approval
Research and engage potential partners/suppliers to expand the vendor network
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Partner Manager, APAC
