Your skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies. • Basic understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, and system integrations
- • Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Flexibility and readiness to spend a few days in one of our Locations
- Fundamental Understanding of Software Development Process & Methodologies and all relevant terms
- Familiarity with relevant collaboration and documentation tools
- Good communication and documentation skills
Your tasks
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Work closely with various teams to optimize processes from an operational perspective
- Ensure improvements are effective, document all changes, and explain to other colleagues the new processes
- Continuously review and update processes as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Gather and document business requirements to align solutions with organizational goals and record all process changes to maintain data
