Your skills

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies. • Basic understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, and system integrations
  • • Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Flexibility and readiness to spend a few days in one of our Locations
  • Fundamental Understanding of Software Development Process & Methodologies and all relevant terms
  • Familiarity with relevant collaboration and documentation tools
  • Good communication and documentation skills

Your tasks

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with various teams to optimize processes from an operational perspective
  • Ensure improvements are effective, document all changes, and explain to other colleagues the new processes
  • Continuously review and update processes as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Gather and document business requirements to align solutions with organizational goals and record all process changes to maintain data
