Drive the automation, harmonization and digitalization of the HR function

Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization in aligning the overall HR agenda
Proactively drive the identification, development and execution of HR Roadmap topics, programs and initiatives for all relevant organizational units within the defined area of responsibility focusing on involvement and alignment across all HR functions (incl. ideation, alignment, implementation and follow-up).
Ensure the proactive and structured processing of ad-hoc issues as well as strategic topics (e.g. retention, succession planning, skill development, capacity planning) and global HR standard processes.
Lead the preparation and presentation of data, KPIs, reports and documents to support alignment between and/or decision making by HR and business leaders.
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns and drive the creation, implementation and evaluation of resulting action plans (e.g. motivation, turnover and compliance with employment laws and regulations).
