Drive the automation, harmonization and digitalization of the HR function
Act as the bridge between business, HR and IT, translating organizational needs and challenges into pragmatic, business-centred solutions
Partner with stakeholders across the organization and hierarchy levels to identify risks and bottlenecks, define objectives and requirements, support informed decision-making and drive business results
Analyse and optimize HR processes, systems, data and reports to simplify workflows and realize automation opportunities
Proactively own and drive the project framework including the team set-up, allocation and prioritization of tasks, timelines and deliverables, the alignment between all relevant stakeholders, as well as the communication and roll-out planning
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot, configure, and improve HR processes, systems, data and reports ensuring smooth integrations and data accuracy
