Your skills

  • Ability to quickly understand the processes and systems
  • C1 English
  • Creative, “outside-the-box” thinking, with the ability to develop multiple scenarios and solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with process improvement and automation experience, including the ability to create process documentation (e.g., diagrams, flowcharts)
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience with HR software platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle) is a plus

Your tasks

  • Act as the bridge between business, HR and IT, translating organizational needs and challenges into pragmatic, business-centered solutions

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization and hierarchy levels to identify risks and bottlenecks, define objectives and requirements, support informed decision-making and drive business results

  • Promote the implementation of data management standards and continuously ensure data quality and consistency throughout all HR-IT systems, applications and solutions

  • Analyze and optimize HR processes, systems, data and reports to simplify workflows and realize automation opportunities

  • Proactively own and drive the project framework including the team set-up, allocation and prioritization of tasks, timelines and deliverables, the alignment between all relevant stakeholders, as well as the communication and roll-out planning

  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot, configure and improve HR processes.
