Your skills
- Previous work experience (or equivalent) within HR and/or project management field in international context
- C1 English
- High affinity for IT-tools, process automation and data analytics
- Highly structured and analytical way of thinking and working
- Need to travel internationally
Your tasks
- Support the delivery of HR Roadmap topics and transformational HR initiatives
- Assume responsibility for the development, implementation and roll-out of pre-defined Work Packages and Projects connected to organizational development as well as digitalization and optimization of structures, standards and processes
- Analyze existing processes regarding efficiency, user-friendliness and cost savings potential. Promote the design of solutions aimed at creating value for internal customers
- Promote the implementation of data management standards and continuously ensure data quality and consistency throughout all HR-IT systems, applications and solutions
