Your skills

Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Good communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
Flexibility and readiness to spend a few days in one of our Locations
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio
Basic understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, and system integrations.

Your tasks

Study current business processes to find problems and ways to improve them
Work with different teams to make daily operations smoother and more efficient
Make sure any improvements work well, document the changes, and explain new processes to team members
Regularly review and update processes to keep them aligned with company goals and rules
Collect and document business requirements, and keep proper records of all process updates
