Ensure the smooth running of the entire employee lifecycle and compliance with legal and company requirements
Conduct regular meetings with local business leaders to understand business needs and derive appropriate HR measures
Administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations
Ensure all processes are adhered to and meet quality and customer requirements and ensure the continuous improvements of processes, policies and standards
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management and recommended best practices for employee relations
Provide support and guidance to HR colleagues and HR Business Partners, management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise

Lead a distributed HR organization across the Americas (USA, Canada, LATAM), covering HR Admin and Payroll, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization in aligning the overall HR agenda
Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services
Ensure the creation and implementation of targeted, sustainable and pragmatic L&D content in order to enthuse candidates and colleagues equally
