Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization in aligning the overall HR agenda
Drive HR projects and initiatives across different teams and countries, working closely with HR and business functions
Support strategic topics such as retention, succession planning, skills development and workforce planning
Turn HR data, KPIs and trends into clear insights and actionable plans
Prepare reports and presentations to support business and HR decision-making
Develop and track key HR metrics and help identify areas for improvement
Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR teams and business leaders globally
Support and guide HR colleagues through complex challenges
Coordinate HR topics across countries and work with local and central HR teams to find smart, practical and cost-effective solutions

Compile monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for all Legal Entities worldwide in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
Lead a distributed HR organization across the Americas (USA, Canada, LATAM), covering HR Admin and Payroll, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
Be the consultants of Hemmersbach internal and external customers to successfully identify and respond to new and existing business opportunities
