Hemmersbach is seeking a Lead Manager – Global Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across international operations supporting enterprise clients. This role leads regional Service Delivery Managers and distributed Field Engineering teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across multiple locations and time zones.
Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
Have the overall accountability for ensuring project KPIs and financial requirements are met
Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures
Be the connection between customers and project team, technicians
Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets
