Recruiting Specialist expereince
Full-Cycle Recruitment:Source, screen & interview qualified candidates across various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
Conduct in-depth phone screens & video interviews
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation & onboarding
Build & maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
Develop & implement effective sourcing strategies to identify & attract top talent
Track & analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate quality)
Build & maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles & future hiring needs
Proactively identify & engage with potential candidates
Contribute to the development & implementation of employer branding initiatives
Enhance the candidate experience through proactive communication & a positive interview process
Analyze recruitment data & generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement & measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
