Your skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Comfortable to provide hiring/recruitment support in APAC region (Philippines and/or other Asian countries, depending on hiring needs)
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. + Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Amenable to work on EMEA/US Eastern Time Zone if required.
  • Can go to office in SM North EDSA around 3-4 times a week

Your tasks

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you are tasked to:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: conduct sourcing, phone screening, and attending interviews for qualified candidates

  • Utilize sourcing through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals)

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate quality).

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.

  • Analyze recruitment data and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
