To ensure on-time delivery of hiring requests
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you are tasked to:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: conduct sourcing, phone screening, and attending interviews for qualified candidates
Utilize sourcing through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate quality).
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.
Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
Analyze recruitment data and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
