Your skills
- 3+ years experience of end-to-end recruiting experience in a high volume or KPI driven environment
- With previous experience in supporting recruitment for USA and/or LATAM market
- Strong analytical mindset (working with SLAs, targets, and recruiting metrics)
- Clear and professional communication skills - proficient with English, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions under time pressure
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Amenable to work Night shift to match US working hours
- Amenable to work in the office - North Tower 1 Bldg. SM North EDSA
Your tasks
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for:
Manage end to end recruitment for support and operational roles, from job posting to accepted offer
Deliver hiring results aligned with defined KPIs (e.g. SLA Time to hire, time‑to‑fill)
Source, screen, and interview candidates while meeting volume and quality targets
Maintain accurate and real time updates in recruiting systems and dashboards
Track and report recruiting progress, bottlenecks, and risks proactively
Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring efficiency and meet demand forecasts.
Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation, and internal standards
