Ensure the on-time delivery of hiring requests and oversee the work of recruiting team
A Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for guiding and coordinating a team of recruiters while remaining hands-on in the recruitment process. She oversees the team’s daily operations, ensuring hiring goals are met in line with defined KPIs. Beyond leading, she actively manages end-to-end recruitment for support and operational roles, from job postings up to accepted offers.
Coordinate/ lead the work of the recruiting team. Be responsible for professional and disciplinary management of recruiters
Develop & Train team members
Manage end to end recruitment for support and operational roles, from job posting to accepted offer
Deliver hiring results aligned with defined KPIs (e.g. SLA Time to hire, time‑to‑fill) individually and as team effort
Source, screen, and interview candidates while meeting volume and quality targets
Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring efficiency and meet demand forecasts
