- Cover the end-to-end recruiting process: from initial hiring request to offer
- Actively approaching potential candidates on job boards
- Create and optimize job advertisements and publish them on various job boards
- Identify new ways of finding candidates
- Attend job fairs and career events
- Pre-select, phone screen candidates, interview candidates and make job offers
