Deal with daily tasks/plan of work within onsite team.
Who will prepare technical documentations or SOPs or newsletter.
Co-ordinate and assign tasks within the team.
Identify topics for improvement and areas for automation. If needed, align technical training program.
Keep the knowledge transfer within the team and be a ‘go-to’ person in case of technical issues and training of new joiners
Provide dispatch support.
Ensure the delivery of the contractually agreed services to the customer in compliance with the SLA through monitoring the team and the work on the tickets as well as analyzing and optimizing the KPI.
