Design and implement the automation, security, and efficiency of deploying operating systems and applications, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability
Dynamics 365 Expert acts as the key link between the Finance organization and IT, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is configured and optimized to meet business needs. This role focuses on designing scalable finance and billing processes, driving automation, and ensuring compliance across multiple entities and regions. The expert collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration and continuous improvement of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Capture business needs, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Implement and fine-tune Finance and Billing modules to align with best practices and compliance standards.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure clear communication between teams.
Support e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, and integration with SCM and HR processes.
Validate solutions during SIT/UAT, train end-users, and recommend enhancements post-go-live.
