Hardware Break and Fix
Onsite diagnostics and ability to replace parts at the direction and coordination with a remote support team
English language spoken and writing required
Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s)
Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment
Position is a field support position candidate must have ability to travel to customer locations
On-call will be required
