• Act as Team Lead for on-site support operations
• Manage shift planning, technician availability and workload balancing
• Prioritize incidents, requests and VIP issues effectively
• Provide advanced VIP and executive support
• Own Digital Bar and Boutique support quality and readiness
• Lead PC refresh programs
• Drive remote support adoption and user self-help awareness
• Reduce dispatch demand through smart triage and enablement
• Govern HAM accuracy, compliance and audit readiness
• Coordinate hands-and-eyes support for server and network teams
• Lead technician onboarding, induction and Train-the-Trainer sessions
• End user trainings and new user induction trainings
• Drive continuous improvement using SLA, KPI and experience insights
• Drive the end user adoption, self-help through end user awareness and achieve the service optimization targets.
• Act as escalation point and interface with Service Desk & other resolver teams
