Your skills

  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and organized
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with ticketing system
  • Good communication skills in the local language and basic working English
  • Basic to intermediate technical troubleshooting skills
  • driver's license
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Join our company as L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide technical support to end users at our customers site.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment

  • Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors

  • Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)

  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Provide customer-focused support to end users

  • Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks

  • Update asset and CMDB records

  • Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems

  • Support inventory management and spare parts handling

  • Device decommissioning and disk wipe tasks

  • Support IT projects

  • Follow technical documentation and procedures

  • Share feedback to improve processes

  • Work closely with other teams
