Device Management:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Replace faulty devices with spare stock
• Coordinate warranty repairs with OEMs
• Perform device imaging and deployment
• Maintain local spare inventory
• Update asset records in CMDB
• Track device assignments and movements
• Manage device lifecycle (deployment to disposal)
Infrastructure Support:
• Provide hands-and-feet for Data Center tasks
• Assist network teams with physical equipment access
• Support infrastructure installations and upgrades
• Participate in P1/P2 incident resolution
Meeting & Event Support:
• Pre-event equipment testing
• On-site technical assistance during meetings
• AV equipment troubleshooting
• Proactive meeting room checks (dedicated sites)
• User guidance on common issues
Ad Hoc Projects / Assignments
• Flexibility on taking on IT-related assignments as required
