Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services
Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment;
Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors;
Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS);
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues;
Provide friendly, customer-focused support to end users;
Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
Asset & Service Management;
Update asset and CMDB records;
Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems;
Support inventory management and spare parts handling;
Perform device decommissioning and disk wipe tasks
Projects & Teamwork;
Support small to medium IT projects;
Follow technical documentation and procedures;
Share feedback to help improve processes;
Work closely with other teams and vendors.
