As a Team Lead for Service Deliver, you will:
Oversee a team of IT technicians, delegate the workload and ensure compliance with department and company standards
Develop and evaluate team members performance including driving corrective actions
Monitor KPIs
Ensure all team members are well trained and - when needed- identify and facilitate training needs

Manage the transition as well as the delivery of projects and services to internal and external customers in accordance with all agreements and standards of service as well as internal servicedelivery
