The Team Lead will oversee a group of IT Onsite Technicians, ensuring efficient delivery of technical support and maintenance across the organization. This role involves coordinating daily operations, mentoring staff, and driving service excellence by managing priorities, resolving escalations, and maintaining high standards of IT performance.
Your key responsibilities are:
Oversee a team of IT technicians in the United States, delegate the workload and ensure compliance with department and company standards
Develop and evaluate team members performance including driving corrective actions
Monitor KPIs
Ensure all team members are well trained and - when needed- identify and facilitate training needs
