Experience which we are looking at:
Someone who has the working knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMB, DFS, VPN (L2TP, Site-to-Site).
Troubleshooting Experience: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving system issues including bug checks (BSOD), stop errors, high CPU/memory utilization, resource exhaustion, and unplanned system crashes.
Managed incidents and service requests through ITSM tools.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management.
Strong knowledge in Operating system.
