Willing to work in a challenging environment?
1. Providing device, email, remote, and in-person support to troubleshoot various technical problems.
2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment.
3. Resolving issues with internet connectivity, printers, scanners, phones, and other equipment.
4. Performing troubleshooting to diagnose system failures and identify root causes.
5. Managing technology inventory and placing orders for equipment.
6. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams if unable to resolve them independently.
7. Providing new system orientation and training to end users.
8. Documenting technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
NOTE: - Candidates have a minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in OSS roles, with strong communication skills and proven experience in handling VIP users. This is a critical site, as it accommodates the entire leadership team.
