Workplace Engineer (Advanced / Network Smart Hands)
Provide onsite IT support for end users, devices, and workplace technologies
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, mobiles, printers, AV, and Microsoft 365
Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, and office IT equipment
Act as smart hands for servers, network devices, cabling, racks, and power connections
Assist with basic datacenter and backup-related tasks
Log and manage tickets, assets, and inventory in ITSM and CMDB systems
Prepare, deploy, wipe, and decommission devices
Support IT projects, office moves, and technology rollouts
Work with remote teams, vendors, and nearby sites in a hub-and-spoke model
