Your skills

Good communication skills in the local language and basic working English

Basic to intermediate technical troubleshooting skills - Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Excellent time management skill
Technical education (IT school, associate degree) or equivalent work experience
2–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Willing to work Everyday Onsite in Makati (8am-5pm)

Your tasks

As an Onsite Technician, your key roles are:

Workplace & End-User Support
- Support and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, workplace equipment and connectivity issues
- Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
- Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
Smart Hands & Infrastructure Support
- Provide smart hands support for servers, network devices, and site equipment under remote guidance
- Assist with cabling, patching, and basic rack activities
- Support simple PDU connections following instructions
- Help with basic router and switch installations
- Assist with datacenter-related tasks and backup activities
Asset & Service Management
- Update asset and CMDB records
- Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
- Perform device decommissioning and disk wipe tasks
Projects & Teamwork
- Support small to medium IT projects
- Follow technical documentation and procedures
- Share feedback to help improve process
