Your skills

at least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
LAN/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals knowledge
Familiar with ticketing system
Fluent in English and fluent Bulgarian
Good organizational skills
Communicative and customer-oriented

Join our company as an Junior Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to local end users at our customers.

What about your responsibilities?

Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests
Manage end-user onboarding and offboarding
Provide VIP customer support
Perform imaging, re-imaging, installation and configuration of laptops, desktops and peripherals
Execute IMAC-related tasks
Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment’s)
Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams
Manage printer and MFP support
Support PC refresh activities
Manage ticketing system
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Local stock management

Location: Sofia (fully onsite)
