Your skills
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environments
- Hands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Windows OS and common enterprise applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift equipment and handle physical support tasks where needed
Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments, with a focus on printers, desktops, laptops, and hardware. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting print devices and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and delivers high-quality customer service at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide onsite IT support for printers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals
– Diagnose and resolve hardware, print, and software issues
– Install, configure, and maintain printers and IT hardware systems
– Support device deployments, refreshes, and project rollouts
– Maintain accurate service records, asset tracking, and inventory
– Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
