Establish a very close & trustful relationship with the local leaders in order to drive people topics such as retention, ER, compensation, career & development, feedback cycles & performance management
Together with the Country HR Team, break down our Global HR Strategy to country-specific needs & regulations
Handle ER cases including but not limited to labour law issues, complaints, performance issues & disciplinary proceedings in a confident & result-oriented manner according to local conditions in the designated area AMS Region (USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil)
Do not shy away from disputes, can proactively offer customer-oriented solutions that are in line with the principles of our HR Strategy
Act as coach for our leaders, guiding them through complex people topics in our fast-paced business environment
Facilitate-moderate trainings & trainings concept when needed
Participate in TA activities acting as an advisor to the business to align business needs with HR reality & processes
