Ensure the on-time delivery of hiring requests
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for:
Manage end to end recruitment for support and operational roles, from job posting to accepted offer
Deliver hiring results aligned with defined KPIs (e.g. SLA Time to hire, time‑to‑fill)
Source, screen, and interview candidates while meeting volume and quality targets
Maintain accurate and real time updates in recruiting systems and dashboards
Track and report recruiting progress, bottlenecks, and risks proactively
Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring efficiency and meet demand forecasts.
Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation, and internal standards
