Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes across 50+ global entities
Ensure timely collection of payments and proactive follow-up on outstanding invoices
Drive escalation management for overdue or blocked receivables (internal & external stakeholders)
Maintain and track confirmed payment dates from customers
Support cash flow forecasting in collaboration with Treasury
Handle customer communication regarding invoices, disputes, and payment status
Manage submission platforms (e.g. Ariba and similar systems) to ensure correct invoice processing
Oversee and optimize factoring processes to support liquidity and cash flow needs
Prepare and monitor AR reports, aging reports, and management dashboards
Identify and resolve process gaps, delays, and inefficiencies in receivables
