Your skills

  • Good knowledge of VDI support
  • Advance technical knowledge
  • Advance knowledge of Windows and MacOS environment
  • At least 3 years experience (or equivalent) on the same position

Your tasks

  • Maintain functional and operational documentation
  • Provide on-site End User Support or Remote End User Support on Level 2
  • Analyze and troubleshoot advanced technical problems
  • Manage own ticket queue to keep SLA green
  • Identify topics for improvement and areas for automation
  • Fulfil on site tasks as well as customer standards and processes
