Your skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Excellent time management skill
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Your tasks
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
- IMAC Services: Perform field services
- Imaging and maintenance services
- Conference Rooms/Projectors: Support audio/video conferencing equipment
- Software Support Services
- Requirement for Bilingual, i.e., English plus local language
