We assist numerous global clients in the rapid support & resolution to problems encountered within their IT (EUC & Data Centre) environments. Our success relies on our highly trained, regionally-based field engineers.
This team needs support, guidance and mentoring. Not just with day-to-day technical issues, but on helping their own careers grown and strengthen.
This is where the role of our Field Engineering Team Leaders come in.
Covering the Team responsible for the South of the UK & Ireland, your role will include both helping out with ticket demands - be that peaks in demand or more complex issues, as well as the team management and support needed to keep our teams working to their greatest potential and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with your counterpart, leading the Northern Team, as well as your Service Delivery Manager, Dispatch and customers.
