Based at Hammersmith, London, you’ll form part of a team providing world-class IT support for a wide variety of users - Anything from password resets, to complex diagnostics & fault-resolution, as well as project work.
Addressing tickets throughout the day, approaching each one sympathetically, pragmatically & with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the users face – a job well done!
Your role will typically include:
Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment
Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
Troubleshoot basic h/w, s/w & connectivity issues
Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
