IT Support Engineer - Maidenhead

Your skills

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
  • Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
  • Comfortable in a number of deskside technologies (Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications)
  • Strong Customer-centric levels of service

Your tasks

Joining at the beginning of a new and exciting global contract, you will be a integral part of broader, yet highly committed support team, working directly onsite to provide dedicated support services for a dynamic & Global brand

You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face – a job well done.

Your role is a varied, and will typically include the following:

  • Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment

  • Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors

  • Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)

  • Troubleshoot basic h/w, s/w & connectivity issues

  • Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required

  • Asset management

  • Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
