Your skills

  • Micro computing, mobile devices, HW, network, software, MAC basic knowledge
  • 2 years as minimum experience solving computer incidents onsite
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Administrative tasks like; Snow updating tickets, stock check, onboardings & offboardings

Your tasks

  • Provide day to day local desktop support

  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions

  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
