Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
This includes diagnosing and resolving server and data center-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
Performing equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs for clients' desktops, laptops, RPOS. and printers.
This includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, either on-site or remotely, depending on the client’s needs and the project’s scope
Willingness to learn and become part of a role that will include Data Centers, servers, and other IT equipment.
Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment.
