Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities?
Understand WFH (Work From Home) equipment requirements and policies.
Prepare laptops for employee onboarding and offboarding
Deploy and reinstall machines using JAMF/Intune/SCCM.
Coordinate repairs with vendors like Lenovo, Apple, Microsoft.
Replace machines for users.
Perform basic network troubleshooting (ports, cabling).
Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues; escalate complex cases.
Monitor and troubleshoot meeting room tech (Clickshare, Zoom, etc.).
Configure printer network settings.
Manage telephony hardware (phones, SIM cards, resets).
Oversee stock management.
