IT Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, RPOS, Servers and workstations.
Replace defective components such as motherboards, hard drives, memory, and screens following manufacturer guidelines.
Validate warranty status and adhere to repair protocols.
Document all repairs accurately in ticketing systems.
Track and manage parts logistics.
Verify part delivery at pick-up/drop-off locations or customer site before dispatch.
Communicate professionally with clients to confirm appointments, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with company standards.
Escalate unresolved issues through the appropriate channels promptly.
