Your skills

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) - we like different cultures here!
  • Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro!
  • Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be a plus
  • Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work!
  • Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 8 pm (8 h) from the office in Wrocław
  • Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software
  • Experience in IT support environment

Your tasks

  • Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support — via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues with confidence - be the hero!

  • Manage and track service requests through our ticketing system - always on track!

  • Collaborate with our expert tech teams to resolve complex problems - be their right hand!

  • Keep customers informed and happy with timely updates and solutions - extremely rewarding!
