IT Support Engineer - Liverpool - 6mth FTC

Your skills

  • Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
  • Previous experience resolving problems sitting with the user
  • Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
  • Excellent time management skill

Your tasks

  • The follow-up and support of the Laptop/Desktop and mobile telephony
  • Stock and asset management.
  • Providing 2nd line IT support for all our internal departments
  • Coordinate with Dell Tech Support to ensure all warranty related tasks are managed
    Provide guidance, assistance and follow-up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
  • Installing and configuring PC’s and peripherals on request
  • Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for all In scope support related subjects and producing reports as and when required
    Involve in UAT for any new solution related to
  • Desktop Engineering
  • JAMF/Intune enrolled MAC support

This role is initially provided as a 6mth Fixed-Term Contract
