IT Warehouse Team leader

Team Lead Warehouse Operation

Your skills

  • B2 English
  • 3+ years experience (or equivalent) in a similar position
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of warehouse organization, processes and services, also of international warehouse market

Your tasks

  • Provide guidance and coaching to the team, recruit & onboard new hires
  • Monitor KPIs, organize team’s work, coordinate tasks distribution, maintain schedules and deadlines, plan, coordinate and control warehouse implementation performed by the team
  • Ensure successful and correct completion of tasks and achieving goals of the team, motivate team members
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Perform employee related duties for team management according to company standards (monitor working hours, holidays planning, employee assessment etc.)
