Your skills
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse organization, processes and systems
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Visio) and WMS (Microsoft Business Central would be an asset)
- C1 English
Your tasks
- Provide support for warehouse BAU and other internal customers in the field of warehouse operations (inquiries with high level of complexity)
- Identify stock and process incompliances
- Support creating and controlling standards for warehouse operations, processes and systems
- Support successful completion of tasks by the team
- Provide high level of customer service and focus on customer needs
