Your skills

  • Career changers with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in IT or a completed IT-related education (apprenticeship, technical college, university / university of applied sciences).
  • Solid all-round knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Native Czech speaker with fluent English (IT-focused).
  • Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools, networks (setup, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, ROP), anti-spyware / anti-virus software, MS Office, Windows, Intune, as well as iOS and Android.
  • Experience with SNOW / ServiceNow is an advantage.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and well-groomed professional demeanor.

Your tasks

  • Job Tasks:
    Are you an experienced and proactive IT Support Specialist (Level 2)? Then we would be happy to get to know you!
    In this role, you will be responsible for second-level support for end-user devices and IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in the rapid resolution of incidents, provide remote support, and actively contribute to continuous improvement processes.

    You support end users with technical inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction through creative and effective problem-solving.
    Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues of all kinds (Level 2), especially related to hardware and software, system and network issues, operating systems, Office applications, Active Directory, meeting room support, etc.
    Providing support, installation of hardware and software, and network configuration, as well as active participation in IT projects (rollouts, site visits, migrations, hands & eyes support).
    Through your solution-oriented and structured way of working, you ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and a positive customer experience.
    Analysis, reporting, documentation, and troubleshooting of tickets.
    Shared responsibility for IT equipment management (asset management).
